Payment Options

We recognise everyone likes to pay for our resources, workshops and events in different ways.

That’s why we offer a range of payment options, which are outlined here.

On this page there is also information about local taxes and freight.

Instant Payments

Credit, debit and charge cards can be used for all items. Simply enter your card details at checkout, and our secure payment gateway will liaise with your institution to charge the appropriate account immediately. 

Once the gateway approves the transaction, your order is marked as ‘complete’ by our system and then: 

Physical books and resources 

Our fulfilment team will receive a picking order and will commence the pack and send process.

Workshops

The registered email addresses will receive tickets to the event automatically.

Online Courses

Your registered username will be automatically enrolled in your chosen course. You should have access to it immediately. Please check your ‘my account’ page.

Downloads

You will receive an email confirmation of your order which will contain download links to any relevant resources. Alternatively, you can access any authorised downloads from your My Account page. 

Credit, Debit and Charge Cards

Please enter the details of your accepted cards (currently Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club) directly into the provided information blocks. 

Our secure payment gateway will process your payment immediately. 

PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

If you’d prefer to pay with these payment systems, please select it as an option in the checkout process.

From there the external payment system interface will allow you to select those billing methods set up in your PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay account. 

Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4

These are split payment services (similar to the lay-by you might have grown up with, but with immediate delivery), enabling instant purchase of an item, with a number of equal value payments made across a given time period at no cost to you.

Both systems are touted as being interest-free. Currently both Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 offer 4 payments across 8 weeks.

EFT Payments

Bank Transfers (EFT)

We welcome payment via EFT transfer.  EFT transfers can be completed by you, or a third party (for example, if you have an accounts department).

Here’s the process:

  1. Build your order and at checkout select “Direct bank transfer” from the payment options, then hit the blue “Place order” button.
  2. Your order will enter our system and be placed in ‘on hold’ status. 
  3. In the next screen, you’ll see an order confirmation which will include the option to download and print a ProForma Invoice for your order.
  4. You will also receive an order confirmation via email which will include the ProForma Invoice as an attachment.
  5. Please use the ProForma Invoice number as a Reference in the EFT transfer. This enables us to link the EFT payment to your order.
  6. Once the funds have arrived in our account, we will release the order: any downloads or enrolments in online courses will become available at this time, and our fulfilment team will begin picking and packing any physical resources to be sent. 
  7. You will receive an additional ‘order complete’ email which will include any download links or event tickets you’ve purchased. Download links will also be available in the Orders section of your My Account page on the site.

Purchase orders

If you’d like to enter a Purchase Order number against your order, please do so in the checkout screen.

Cash and Cheques

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash or cheques for payment.

Tax and Freight

Australian Sales Tax (GST)

Sales tax of 10% (Goods and Services Tax – GST) is applied to all resources and courses sold through the LearnToPlayTherapy.com website to Australian customers, and for all workshop and event tickets regardless of your location.

Books and resources sent to international destinations are GST-free.

Relevant taxes will be applied at checkout.

Freight

Various freight options are available for different shipping zones.
